Corrections come first
If something on this site is wrong, that is the message we most want to receive, and it goes to the front of the queue. Prices move, providers rename courses, syllabuses get rewritten, and a page that was accurate in June can be quietly wrong by September. Much of that is caught automatically — a weekly job re-reads every provider page a script can read and flags anything that has changed — but automation misses the things only a reader notices: a claim that no longer matches your experience of the course, a comparison that has stopped being fair, a number that looks off.
What helps most: the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and if you have it, where the correct figure comes from. A correction that can be checked gets fixed the same day it is verified. If a correction changes a rating or a ranking position, the page says what changed.
You can see the automated half of this without asking: the verification log publishes what the weekly job actually observed on each provider’s page — the date, whether the page was reachable, and the figures it published — and says plainly which providers cannot be checked that way at all.
What else people write about
- “I took this course and your review is off.” Genuinely useful, and the gap this site cannot close on its own — reviews here are built from providers’ syllabuses and documentation, not from having sat the courses. First-hand accounts are the one thing that improves them.
- Providers and course teams. If we have described your programme inaccurately, say so and it gets fixed. What is not available is paid placement, a guaranteed rating, or review copy in exchange for coverage — no provider pays to appear here or to rank, and that is not negotiable.
- Which certification should I take? The free AI Certification Picker answers that faster than an email will, and it recommends only from a fixed, vetted list. If it does not fit your situation, write and say so — those messages shape what gets covered next.
- Press, syndication and data. The statistics page is maintained to be citable, with sources and dates attached. Attribution and a link are all we ask.
What to expect
This is a small independent site with one editor, Rohail Nisar, not a support desk. Replies usually take a few business days and occasionally longer. Messages that are clearly automated pitches, link-exchange requests or guest-post offers do not get a reply — the site does not accept sponsored posts or sell links, and a polite decline to fifty of those a week is time that is better spent on the pages themselves.
